Greetings Ex Com,

Please find the attached document written by the illustrious Cannabis
Attorney, Walker Chandler, at the request of a group of legalization
activists , and given to the Georgia Cannabis Industry Alliance to use as a
rally flag to form a coalition of all the groups and organizations that
advocate marijuana legalization.

Please review the document.

I plan to make a motion for the Libertarian Party of Georgia to endorse the
Declaration and explore the possibility for the LP of GA to join the
coalition the Georgia Cannabis Industry Alliance is assembling.
