[LPGa Executive Committee] Fwd: October ExComm Meeting

As an Executive Committee, we should be putting together more
resolutions like this to help signal our stances on specific issues as
they arise, let people know of possible solutions, and also as a
critique of current office holders. Part of handling this as an
organization should be discussion, edits as needed, and then
communicating it out once passed.  

In my view, the resolution is welcome. The critiques are welcome. We
just need to get it to a place where we feel, as an organization, happy
with the message we're putting out and put it out.
