I don't think that demanding that the officials who would be carrying out
these laws refuse to violate their oath is "doing nothing".

That aside, as I look over the wording of it, the second numbered bullet
should correctly read "honor their oath to uphold the Constitution" rather
than "uphold their oath to the Constitution".
