Here is the markup of the amendment for quick reference: MOTION TO AMEND THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT (Phillips) Add text: 'in a district where the Libertarian Party is an established party' Any person who is not a member in good standing and resident of the state of Illinois for 120 days immediately preceding the State Convention may not be selected as a Convention Delegate. Any person who is a resident of Illinois within the 120 days immediately preceding the State Convention may be selected as Alternate provided they are a member in good standing prior to 30 days prior to the convention. Any person who has voted the most recent recorded partisan primary other than the Libertarian Party in a district where the Libertarian Party is an established party shall not be selected as a Convention Delegate nor Alternate.
