Greetings Executive Committee Members, As per the Chair's instructions, I am making a motion that the LP of Georgia be among the listed supporters of the Appeal to the Secretary of State to demand the resignation or, the outright dismissal of Chris Harvey, Georgia's Elections Director, for cause, based on the allegations and the facts as listed in the attached letter. Please read the letter, and if you agree, please second the motion by replying to this email. Once the motion is seconded, we can proceed to vote, yea or nay, by replying to this email. Our friend and ally from VoterGA, Mr. Garland Favorito, plans to publish this document as well as others shorter and targeted documents as well as a press release by Sunday on this matter. On Tuesday July 23rd, he will hold a press conference at the Capitol followed by a march to SOS Brad Raffenberger's office to formally place the call into Brad's hands. Several other organizations have signed on this appeal, including the Georgia Constitution Party, Georgia Watchdogs, (and 5 other groups that I can't recall at the moment). Mr. Favorito would like confirmation of the LP's decision no later than 4 PM Saturday. The haste is partially my fault due to a misunderstanding regarding the sharing of the plan, which was resolved within the hour. Please show your support for holding government officials accountable to their oath of office by seconding/vote yea on this motion. Thank you for your participation, Ted Metz

Regretfully, I will vote no.

Greetings Executive Committee Members,
As per the Chair's instructions, I am making a motion that the LP of Georgia be among the listed supporters of the Appeal to the Secretary of State to demand the resignation or, the outright dismissal of Chris Harvey, Georgia's Elections Director, for cause, based on the allegations and the facts as listed in the attached letter.
Thank you for your participation,
Ted Metz

This has a lot of unsubstantiated claims in it with on going investigations as far as i can tell. It is not specifically addressing anything but is all over the place. This is more of a rant than a press release. I would support an independent motion that addresses specific grievances in support of voterga efforts, but not this.
