Proposed Policy Manual Changes from the Audit Committee
LNC, I have attached the proposed Policy Manual changes to this email for your review, I have also cc'd the other members of the Audit Committee to this email. Should you have any questions, please review the management letter from our Auditors, Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman. You all received this letter during our LNC meeting and I have attached the letter to this email for your review. This will help understand how the Audit Committee crafted the proposed Policy Manual changes by implementing our auditor’s recommendations. Since there are seven proposals, I suggests we adopt them by mail ballot as one motion. Alternatively, we could consider them as seven different email ballots. If we can handle them as a single vote, it will make the Secretary’s job a lot easier! We feel that the recommendations were all pretty well received during our meeting.
