This will help understand how the Audit Committee crafted the proposed</span><span style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif"> Policy Manual changes by implementing our auditor’s recommendations. </span></div>

Alternatively, we could consider them as seven different email ballots.  </font></font><span style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif">If we can handle them as a single vote, it will make the Secretary’s job a lot easier! </span><span style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif">We feel that the recommendations</span><span style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif"> were all pretty well received during our meeting.</span></div>
