Justin, Thanks, that clarifies matters a bit. I just didn't want to get the LNC involved in a Oregon type situation again. If the parties are cordial and cooperating then I have no further questions. There is a shell of an organization that is the remnants of the old non profit Corporation that is holding a special convention soon, to vote on disbanding, at which point the "Libertarian Party of New York" will be the only such entity in the state, and will inherehit the accounts and contracts of the previous non profit entity.
At least this is my understanding after speaking with the state chair about it. Perhaps Mr. Merced could provide further insight.
