[Lnc-business] Financial Transactions Clarification

Motion 200511-1 added to the Policy Manual that "Other Financial Transactions" with LNC members, JC members, and related parties need a 3/4 vote of the LNC. I'd like to get the understanding of the LNC of what involves "Other Financial Transactions". Is it any exchange of money for goods or services between the person and the LNC, or a subset such as only when the money goes from the LNC to the person? -- Tim Hagan Treasurer, Libertarian National Committee
