Thank you Caryn Ann, I have been in contact with Mises Cuba since the incident, I was unaware of their existence until then. I am currently working with local libertarians in Florida on getting necessary supplies to operate their chapter and library over to Cuba and I plan on visiting them pesornally soon (Cuba is only 90mi away fron Key West.)
