The Executive Order technically extends up until July 7th, a day before the proposed convention. The convention area is large enough to enact social distancing so interpretation is open. It is my understanding that residents from out of State flying in from NY, NJ, or CT will be asked where they will be self-quarantining, to which they could state the Rosen. However, we may want to do some research with the State to determine exactly what that might look like for those residents coming in. I direct your attention to Section 2 C ("Responnsible recovery")
"For the duration of this order....Local jurisdictions shall ensure that groups of people greater than ten are not permitted to congregate in any public space that does not readily allow for appropriate physical distancing."
Also the order extends order 20-82 which requires all people from NY, NJ or CT to quarantine for 14 days.
