[LPK-Rules] Next Rules Comm Meeting Thurs Dec 8th

The committee met tonight and passed KM003. The only thing left on the 
agenda that has been proposed is KM001, which is the "District Cleanup" 
proposal.

As discussed, we should have more in-depth discussions about this. 
Unfortunately an in-person meeting would be very difficult. So we may 
need to move up the schedule and increase the number of meetings in 
December, so we can work through this item as best we can.  Something 
will be better than nothing, but we should try to accomplish as much as 
we can.

We unofficially discussed the Central Committee idea, made up of county 
chairs either electing District Reps or even the state Exec Comm.  But 
the general goal seems to be to find some structure that encourages 
people to run for local and county offices across the state.  In short, 
we just need something that will make our party work and anything is a 
valid suggestion. Let's brainstorm and talk about it.
