[Lpk-rules] Motion to move rules committee meeting of 2021/01/09

I'll still try to make it by phone.  Just won't be at home on my
computers.  

If I somehow don't make it, could someone please raise the stupid rule
that says we must require one hour for registration at a district
convention?
