Did you get them added to the Google Drive folder as well since so much of the stuff is there?

All -

I have added Chris and Tim to the mailing list, so they can get spun up on what we're up to prior to their addition to the committee on 10/8. Also, the follow discussion on location would directly impact them as well.

Our normal location in Frankfort, the Paul Sawyier Public Library, is booked up on 10/9, which I believe I noted earlier.  I've been working to find locations. Long story short, meeting locations are not cheap in Frankfort due to demand from state government business.  Unless we want to drop $150 for a tiny room, we need an alternate location.

If there's no objection, I found a "free" location that's nearby.  Woodford County Public Library Midway Branch is about 8 miles east of the Frankfort exit for Paul Sawyier, and it should be about the same amount of time driving from west to east because it's right off Interstate 64 instead of having to wind down through Frankfort.  The library is open from 9-5, so we can have a 9:30AM start and 4:30PM end time. They have a TV and a projector with HDMI hookups. The room fits up to 36; I asked them about classroom and U-shaped and both are acceptable and doable.

Please let me know if this is okay.  I went ahead and booked it because it was open, but if we're not going to use it I'd like to let the library have their space back.  And obviously we can discuss this on tomorrow's call.
