[Lpk-rules] List set up

[Ken Moellman]

I am not good for Mondays, the 2nd Tuesday is D4, and the 2nd and 4th
Thursdays we have state Execom. 

I am thinking maybe Wednesdays would be good for me, and Saturdays for
in-person meetings? 

In-person meetings tend to be more productive, in my experience. 
However, my Saturdays are consumed until August 3rd. 

Do we want to try an in-person meeting in Frankfort on August 3rd to
start things off?
