We will begin at 10 a.m. and the location is 25 Town Center Blvd, STE 104, Crestview Hills, KY 41017.  We will adjourn, if not adjourned earlier, at 4 p.m.

p.s. Mr. Moellman was supposed to meet with me Monday, but indicated he was tied up with our KREF report and could not meet.  He rescheduled that to this morning, but likewise did not show up.  It may be a long day.
