[Lpk-rules] Rules Comm meeting? Time is actually short...

Ken,
I'm happy to meet on the 24th and eager to get this ball rolling. I 
apologize to all that I haven't been more engaged about it prior but I'm 
excited to start carving up and analyzing the rules as part of this 
committee.
