[Lpk-execomm] MOTION: motion to use the same bank for counties and the state

   I agree with tabling this and discussing further at convention. We
   should make a list of banks with wide presence and see if any of those
   will suit our needs.

   Yeah, we end up with people having to drive all over no matter what. So
   we need to think of another approach.
