[Lpk-execomm] MOTION-warren county and Scott County coordinators

Hello everyone,

I would like to second the motion to recognize Chris Dillingham as the
Warren County Coordinator and Jesse Palmer as the Scott County Coordinator.
I believe both individuals will be excellent in their respective roles and
contribute positively to our efforts.
