[Lpk-execomm] Region Alternates

Region 1 has 2 open National Regional Alternate slots open.  On behalf 
of our state, I get to vote for candidates.  It's currently unclear how 
the ballot will look, but I know we are looking to elect two people to 
fill the vacancies.

The list of candidates are (with potential typos in the name):

Leah Dailey - MI
Tyler Danke - WI
Adam Haman - NV
Austin Martin - HI
Bryce Thon - WI
James Wiley - CO

What I would like to ask is that everyone rank these 1-6, with 1 being 
the best and 6 being the worst. Do not leave any blank.  Just rank this 
list from 1 to 6.  I'll add up the scores and then I will use that to 
cast the ballot(s) for our state.

There was a call to which only the chairs and vice-chairs were invited, 
where we heard from most of these candidates. Unfortunately, not all 
were invited; so if you have any questions please reach out to me and I 
can fill you in on what I learned during the call.

As an FYI -- Since I don't know these people personally, the primary 
mechanism I used for this ranking waas based on support for the Kennedy 
stuff and perceived ability to do the job as outlined in the Regional 
Agreement. Ms. Dailey was dinged also for being from a state where there 
is already a primary Regional Representative from that state.  I am not 
sure where the other Regional Representative lives, so that was not 
factored in.
