[Lpk-execomm] motion to recognize disaffiliation of Oldham and Mason Affliaton

[Charles Altendorf]

Due to being unable to present proof of having met in 2023, I motion 
that the state executive committee recognizes the dissolution of the 
Oldham and Mason county affiliates of LPKY until Jan of 2024 when they 
can apply for reorganization under annual convention.
