[Lpk-execomm] motion to call 2024 nominating convention

Please second the motion and state if you are in favor for the record.

I move to call a Nominating Convention for the State Party under Article 
VI of the LPKY constitution, to be held in conjunction with our Annual 
State Party Convention on Saturday, January 24th between noon and 1:30PM 
Eastern Time, for the purpose of nominating qualified candidates seeking 
to appear on the 2024 general ballot as a Libertarian.
