[Lpk-execomm] Fwd: Motion to endorse Matt Todd

Issue being that I believe that constable is a partisan office and I 
don't recall him seeking our nomination.
I like Todd, and its too late to correct but its actually problematic if 
both are correct.

We have a duty to the party to hold candidates to our rules. legally 
he's not our candidate if we didn't endorse him and if he filed as a 
Libertarian candidate without our endorsement his filling can be 
challenged.

before I continue these points, Rob do you know if he is the only 
candidate filled for the race?
And Charles, please tell me D6 endorsed him.
