Hey all - 

Jo said she would come, but I never heard if we should book her.  I
assume we would offer to cover 1 night in a hotel and her flight. This
expenditure would need to be approved.  The flight appears to currently
be $200.  

It looks like the closest decent hotel is Country Inn and Suites which
Expedia currently has for about $90/night.  I think having her come in
on Friday makes a lot of sense and we might be able to do events on
Friday night and Saturday, depending on Jo's schedule. 

Please let me know if you still want her to come and whatnot.
