[Lpk-execomm] affiliate support material

I reviewed the documents.   They look good.  There are a handful of 
commas out of place, but nobody (other than me) would notice those.
In the affiliate guide, page 7, "two month period" should be "two-month 
period."  On page 8, you have an extra unneeded period after "heard."
