[Lpk-execomm] Items to be cleared up before December

Wiest and I spoke after the last Excom call and I am grateful for that conversation bc he reminded me that I ran for secretary and that is a two year term which ends in March of 2021. 

He has not received my resignation letter. My intention is to finish out this term bc of our voting members and I hate the idea of burdening another volunteer.
