[Lpk-execomm] Items to be cleared up before December

On the convention issue, unless there is an immediate need to approve it to hold a reservation date, I would like to take the topic up at a normal or special meeting.  I want to understand what weekends they have available, what is included in that price, lodging options nearby, etc.  Even if we need to do a special meeting next week or the week after to finalize those details, I am good with that.

On November, how does 11/12 look for everyone at 9 pm?
