[Lpk-execomm] Items to be cleared up before December

Hello all,

I do apologize for missing the call last Thursday.  I was confused about 
the day and my schedule was jam packed anyway.

I heard a rumor that there was some discussion about not having the 
monthly meeting in November.  I think that is a very poor choice because 
there are 2 outstanding issues that should be resolved immediately.

1) Next year's convention.  After working with several others and 
weighing the options, I would like to use my position as events chair 
and D6 to make a motion.  I motion we have next year's state convention 
at the Claudia Sander's House with a budget not to exceed $2,700.

2) The vacancy at secretary.  I think it's imperative we fill the 
position of secretary immediately.  Secretary plays a vital role in 
keeping our business documented.

As another side note, who all has access to the zoom account now that 
cristi has stepped down?
