[Lpk-execomm] MOTION for ExCom - Electronic - Voter Registration

There is a motion and a second, and discussion is open.

Also as part of this, but not stated, was to sell the data for their districts to state house candidates or state senate candidates or their proxies for $50.

I will count votes if they have already been cast (our rules say we have to allow one full day of discussion once the motion has been and seconded, but do not preclude counting votes early).  I am not considering votes to be further discussion, which would delay voting.
