[Lpk-execomm] Motion for ExCom - Electronic - Voter Registration

I'd like to make a motion for this Executive Committee to approve a 
$2,000 expenditure for the purchase of voter registrations from KY SOS. 
Noted too, LPKY's Congressional Candidates and statewide candidate have 
agreed to pay $1,000 of this.

Since this is time sensitive, it would be ideal if this could be done 
electronically.
