All -
As chair of the Elections Committee, I write to you to inform you the
the committee is planning to discuss an emergency amendment to the
Bylaws (election rules) tomorrow night. This is to address a potential
hole in our current rules; adding the ability to have and handle
Provisional Ballots in case there are disputes over who is a qualifying
registered Libertarian. It will not effect anything else from the
currently-published rules.
I wanted to make you all aware of this change, because the timing won't
give you much time to object, if you object. The wording that's
proposed is here:

If you have any concerns or input please let me know ASAP, so that we
can address those ahead of our emergency meeting tomorrow night.
Thank you all for your continued work and I look forward to seeing most
or all of you on Saturday.
