[Lpk-execomm] Draft NDA from last night's call

I just listened to last month's ExCom call regarding the NDA for 
candidates and their campaign teams.

On the call, Ken asked (basically) "if I share the NDA with this 
committee (after the call) and get a thumbs up, will this be 
acceptable?"  There was no dissent, and the Chair agreed this would be fine.

*Can you please give a thumbs up so next steps can happen?*

This is my thumbs up to the candidate NDA that Moellman and Perry worked 
on and can be found in the Google doc below.
