[Lpk-execomm] Resolution to 2020 Membership Review Commitee Case 1

Given that Mr. Patterson has resigned his membership in the LPKY over this,
and other issues/attacks on him (and in fact changed his voter registration
to Independent), I think that this entire is and has become moot.

All,

Here is our final ruling regarding the official membership review complaint
we received last month.  Please review before tonight's meeting.  Our
recommendation as a committee is that we release this formal statement to
the public, to clear everything up.  We will also bring this up briefly
tonight during the call.
