Hello Ken,

D3 ExCom voted to not hold a meeting in December (prior to the governor
shutting things down). We will be starting up again with monthly
meetings on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, 6:30 p.m. Eastern, still at
Flannagan's, 934 Baxter Ave, Louisville, KY 40204 (provided that the
government doesn't force them to close or go out of business between now
and then.)

I am calling a D3 annual convention for Tuesday, February 16, 2021, 7
p.m. Eastern, at Flannagan's, 934 Baxter Ave, Louisville, KY 40204 (no
admission charged).

Per LPKY Operating Rules, 600.1.2.3: "A District Party which is not
fully contained within a single county shall conduct the business of
their Annual Convention on a non-holiday weekend. All District Parties
shall hold their convention in February, and shall be ready to provide
notice of the convention to the State Party Executive Committee no later
than the first weekend in December of the year prior."

Per the first sentence therein, D3 is fully contained within Jefferson
County and is, therefore, not subject to it. Per the second sentence, I
will officially announce the call of the D3 convention to the LPKY ExCom
as a whole during this week's state call, which is the first official
LPKY meeting following the the first weekend in December. An
outline/agenda will be provided at a later time.

Thanks,

Dale Gillespie
