[Lpk-execomm] Motion to buy D.O.B.'s from L2

Motion to buy dates of birth from L2 Political at $125 total cost. This 
will be appended to the already purchased 2020 Voter Registrations from 
KY SOS.



Once the DOB data has been purchased and synced with the voter regs, it 
can be uploaded to the CRM and shared with the National Party, who can 
then share with the National Campaign for JoCo, and who may be 
interested in purchasing phone numbers.
