On tonight's ExCom, I failed to make the motion to remove UberConference 
from our yearly dues subscription, and our subscription ends in September.

Ken Moellman has graciously afforded LPKY a Zoom account for the last 
couple of months.

This is a two-parter.

Motion to remove UberConference (approx $135/yearly). *(This needs a 
second)*

Motion to add Zoom Pro***, including additional 
memory/storage/recordings**** for only LPKY ExCom calls at 
$179.88/yearly*****. *(This needs a second)*
