[Lpk-execomm] LPKY D6 Electronic Mail Vote - 11/14/2019 - Motion

Chris - the motion was made and seconded on the call and then tabled to
email. That's how we got here. The original motion was to give D6 an
additional $100 above their regular disbursement, to let them buy gear
and to make sure they had over $100 in case that was needed to open a
bank account (some banks require that much, some don't).
   I second Cristi's official amendment.
I think it makes sense to buy gear at the state party level and
distribute to all affiliates (including county affiliates) and if D6
needs the extra funds to open an account to do that part too.

I’d like to amend the main motion. The amended motion would read as
follows: LPKY to pay $55 toward lapel and bumper stickers and
distribute to active affiliates, and if LPKY D6 needs $100 to open a
bank account, LPKY will grant the difference from whatever funds are
     currently due to them.
