Chris,
I'm not clear on what you're suggesting that be made conditional:
* that we wait till the account is open and the KREF papers are filed
before we cut the check
* or that we go ahead and send a check to D6 with the the
understanding and agreement that it will be used to open the account
and that the necessary KREF paperwork will be filed in conjunction
with that.
If we make the check to "Libertarian Party of Kentucky - District 6,"
the only way it could reasonably be received is by opening a checking
account in that name and depositing it. Right?
