Part of my intent of the motion to give $100 to D6 was so that they
could use that money to open a bank account as that's the minimum
balance most banks require to open an account. they could then send the
$100 to buy whatever materials they needed.
the goal is as much to get them the funds to open an account as it is to
get them the materials they want to hand out.
