   We cannot appropriate funds if the district doesn't have a bank
   account.
   We can also buy in bulk at the state level.
   As noted last night, we also have tri-folds at the state level and we
   can give those to D6 as well.
   It also sounded as if D6 was just looking to give out something to
   people with interest.
   So the few questions I have:
   1. Is there a specific thing D6 is looking for?  Would the existing
   tri-folds, that the state party has, suffice?
   2. If not, is there anything on LPstore.org that is appealing?  If so,
   what, and what qty and cost? Keep in mind anything larger than 3x5
   likely needs to have a 'paid for by' line added.
   3. If #2 is true, does the state party want to buy this in bulk instead
   and distribute?
