The Operating Rules file dated 3/3/2019 has been posted to our website,
lpky.org. 

For the time being it is somewhat concealed because LP national controls
the design of our webpage. 

To find our Operating Rules: 

1. Go to LPKY.ORG 

2. Scroll down to the footer menu at the bottom of the page 

3. Select "Party Organization" and a page titled "Governing Rules" will
appear 

4. Under the sub-title "Governing Documents" select the link titled
"Operating Rules" 

I have sent this to the ExCom distribution list,
lpk-execomm at lists.lpky.org.
