[Lpk-execomm] Broken phone number?

There is no bill, it's a Google Voice number.


The quick history:

We had a Skype number from 2009 - 2017.

A previous administration decided not to use the Skype number (but 
apparently tied it to their Xbox Live account?), and instead a Google 
Voice number was started up in 2015 or 2016.

New literature created in the 2015-2017 timeframe used the new number.

The old Skype number was finally actually shut down in late 2017 or 
early 2018.

While Michelle was testing prior to publishing the new flyer, it was 
found that the Google Voice number isn't functional.

The Google Voice phone number is advertised on Facebook and on various 
pieces of literature for sure, so ideally we would want that number 
back.  I tried to get it last night but couldn't.
