Lex, Thank you for taking minutes.  I have a few corrections to submit
for these minutes. 

Chairman Chris Wiest called the meeting to order at 9:08 PM and called
the roll. 

_PRESENT: C. WIEST, B. SHORT, R. DANIEL, J. HICKS, K. MOELLMAN, D. HULL,
M. GAILEY_
Absent: Dillingham, Watson_/D1_, Kendrick, Cranley 

** Ken's note:  Randall Daniel is now the Chair of D2. ** 

D-4 Is looking for assistance with county fairs for Boone, Kenton, Boyd,
Greenup and _MAYSVILLE OKTOBERFEST._
_D-4 WILL FUND_ Spencer _AND D2 WILL RUN IT_. 

Motion #2: 
moved by K. Moellman, seconded by R. Daniels 

Motion to disburse funds to D-2 counties (Warren & Barren) that was
delayed by banking issues_, LESS OVERAGE GIVEN TO BULLITT IN PREVIOUS
MEETING MOTION, AND REMOVE Q2 RESTRICTION FROM PREVIOUS MEETING MOTION_.


The motion carried without objection.

moved by K. Moellman, seconded by B. Short 

Motion to reform the Rules Committee. 
C. Wiest spoke against the motion.
_M. RANDALL SPOKE IN FAVOR (FROM GALLERY)_
_K. MOELLMAN SPOKE IN FAVOR_
_R. DANIEL SUGGEST POSTPONING TO NEXT MEETING TO ALLOW RULES TO BE
POSTED._ 

The motion was postponed by unanimous consent to allow distribution of
Operating Rules.

Motion to purchase data from Aristotle for use with CRM not to exceed
$625.62
Motion to amended Motion #4 moved by J. Hicks, seconded by B. Short 
    Amend Motion #4 to include email data _AT ADDITIONAL COST (NOT TO
EXCEED $903.20 TOTAL)_
    Motion to amend carried without objection 
Motion #4 carried _AS AMENDED_ without objection

Old Business: 
_K. MOELLMAN CEDES HIS SEAT AT THE TABLE TO M. RANDALL, D4 VICE CHAIR_ 
M. Randall inquired about funding for party promotional literature. 
The Committee had authorized funding during previous meeting at the
request of C. Kendrick 
_K. MOELLMAN RESUMES HIS SEAT AT THE TABLE_
