[Lpk-execomm] Motion to call D6 organizing convention

Second.

We need to move VERY fast on this.  If we cannot get a vote on this 
today then we need an emergency Exec call tonight, or alternately the 
date will have to be pushed.  I think we almost have to do an emergency 
Exec call at this point.
