Of note, I am bringing forth 4 motions:


1. Move to approve $9/mo cost for SparkPost mailing service.


2. Move to approve adding annual SOS filing into the budget.  (And if 
someone knows this cost, I'd like to amend the motion to include it.)


3. Motion to approve the budget?


4. Motion to create bylaw 400.6, which reads as follows:

400.6 All financial transactions shall run through the Treasurer or 
through the State Party website (CRM), and shall comply with KREF 
Regulations.  Any donations received by a Party will require capturing 
the Name, Address, Occupation, and Employer of that donor, unless 
specifically tagged as an anonymous donation, per KREF guidelines.
