[Lpk-execomm] MOTION: Purchase of phone number and service for LPKY

We talked about it. We thought the motion had been passed. It had not.
The committee decided not to meet again until January. There are a few
things stacked up behind getting a phone number. Specifically, the
ability of LPKY pages to do boosts on Facebook, and the printing of the
   new banners.
So we have a choice - don't boost our conventions on Facebook and don't
print new banners until at least January, do this business by email, or
hold a special meeting before January.
We used to do business by email regularly from 2006-2015 and the excom
seemed to do it before my time in the party as well. It actually
provides the best archive of historical party action, since a previous
chair lost all of the physical party records.

     Folks,
This is NOT how we should be doing business (by email). Why could
this not have been done at the last meeting?
