[Lpk-execomm] 2020 Convention Plan

Apologies for the lateness.  In our FB group, I mentioned a 
seminar/training session for LPKY and attached is that proposal for 
review and consideration.

It does come in 3 parts (depending on who we opt for the 2nd speaker), 
but I would at minimum like to get Plan A approved on tonight's call.
