For some reason this bounced this morning.  The server was under attack
from 9 until about 9:30, and it could very well be the issue.  I'm
forwarding back to the group.  If it works then it works, and if not,
then I'll investigate more and you probably aren't reading this.  In any

Folks: 

I will not be able to attend the call this week - I am in Florida taking
depositions for the next 3 days, and took my family along to make a
vacation of it (for them, and maybe for me once I am done working
Thursday - we are staying through the weekend).  

Mr. Short hopefully will be on the call to chair it.  I have attached an
agenda. 

I wanted to let the committee know that we filed the ballot access
lawsuit, drew Judge Berteslman, have obtained service on the Defendants.
 The Boone County Defendants have elected not to defend the lawsuit, and
in exchange, we have agreed not to seek attorney fees and costs against
them.  I will be reaching out to Ms. Kendrick and Mr. Hicks to obtain a
declaration from them for the injunction motion, which I hope to have
filed sometime next week.
