Be advised that the Executive Committee of the Libertarian Party of 
Kentucky, District 3, has adopted the following plan for its 2019 
convention:

    Date and time: Tuesday, Feb. 19, 7:30 p.m. (with social hour from
    6:30 to 7:30)

    Place: Diorio's Pizza and Pub on Baxter, upstairs room, 919 Baxter
    Ave., Louisville, Ky. 40204

    Proposed Agenda:

      * Call to order
      * Report of Credentials Committee (our Secretary, Chris Roberts?)
      * Adoption of Agenda
      * Secretary's Report (minutes/business conducted since last
        convention)
      * Treasurer's Report
      * Elections (at least one at-large executive committee member)
      * New Business
      * Adjournment
      * (Executive Committee Meeting to follow)

    Fees: None

    Income and Expenditures: None
