[Lpk-execomm] The end of PayPal Manager and recurring fees

I just wanted to pass along that we are officially no longer spending
$480 per year on PayPal Manager.  It's gone! 

Here's where we now stand on MRC and ARC: 

PayPal Pro - $40/mo - GONE 

MailChimp - $30/mo - GONE 

Bank Fees - $4/mo - Ending Dec 2018 

Skype - $10/mo - DONE 

GoDaddy lpky.org Domain - $20/year 

USPS PO Box - $60/year (approx) 

So, starting January 2019, we will have reduced annual expenses from
$1088 to $80. 

Not too shabby.
